Kishan Reddy, Union Minister of State for Coal and Mining Satish Chandra Dubey, Bihar Minister of Mines and Geology Dr. Pramod Kumar, Secretary to the Ministry of Mines Keshav Chandra and Bihar. Avinash Kumar Singh, secretary of the Department of Mining and Geology, was present.
