Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi clarified on Tuesday that negotiations continued on November 1 to reach an agreement with Qatar in Doha, but he indicated that no final agreement has been signed yet.

Tehran: Iranian national television has issued an emergency warning message for citizens to cope with a possible nuclear attack, which includes the following instructions

Never look at the bright light resulting from a severe explosion, take shelter behind any cover, lie flat on the ground, and cover your head and face well. Second: Immediately after the initial wave of the explosion passes, enter the nearest building, do not stay outside to watch or take pictures, do not take shelter inside a car, and stay away from windows and exterior walls.

Wash with lukewarm water and soap, and use regular shampoo without conditioner. If washing is not possible, clean your face, hands, and exposed skin with water or wet wipes.

Use only bottled water and packaged food, and be prepared to stay inside the shelter for at least 24 hours. If a fire breaks out in the building or there is a risk of it collapsing, immediately move to a safer shelter.

After 24 hours have passed, do not assume on your own that the environment is safe. Follow official announcements and statements regarding emergencies for information on safe routes to go outside. These warning instructions were issued amid news of a possible US nuclear attack on Iran.

Prominent American journalist Tucker Carlson has claimed that the administration of US President Donald Trump, under pressure from Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, could attack an Iranian nuclear site in the coming days. Carlson wrote in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, "Under Netanyahu's pressure, the Trump administration could launch a nuclear attack on Iran within days." He indicated that the possible target of the attack could be "Jabal al-Fas," which Israeli intelligence claims Tehran has restarted its uranium enrichment program at.

The American journalist, who has been one of President Trump's biggest supporters, also confirmed that no conventional weapon is sufficient to break the defensive perimeter of this site, which reaches a depth of approximately 100 meters. This is what makes a "nuclear attack the only option".

On the other hand, some experts have characterized any such decision as "madness." Political analyst and expert on Iranian affairs Vali Nasr wrote, "If this news is true, it is a place of severe condemnation for the US administration. Not because the US could consider such madness, but because it would do so under the pressure of another country".

Previously, the US President had recently indicated that he could return to rapid attacks on some Iranian sites, but he also clarified that negotiations are currently progressing well.

Meanwhile, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi clarified on Tuesday that negotiations continued on November 1 to reach an agreement with Qatar in Doha, but he indicated that no final agreement has been signed yet.
