Emirate Sharia's SIR Training: A Practical Struggle for Social Awareness and Constitutional Consciousness in Jharkhand

The awareness campaign and practical training workshops being organized by the Emirate Sharia of Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand regarding SIR in the state of Jharkhand are not just a temporary or administrative activity, but a serious and long-term struggle to secure the intellectual, social, and constitutional future of the nation. This movement reflects the sense of responsibility that nations survive not through slogans, but through awareness, discipline, and practical guidance.

In the background of this entire struggle, the deep thinking of Hazrat Amir-e-Sharia Maulana Syed Ahmed Wali Faisal Rahmani is at work, which believes in reforming the situation rather than complaining about it, and prefers visionary leadership to emotional reactions.

In this continuation, a comprehensive awareness program and practical training workshop on SIR were held at the Jama Masjid in Pakur city last night and at the Jama Masjid in Godda district at 10 am today, while a program was also held at the Masjid Taqwa in Mahagama block after Zuhr. All these programs were presided over by Maulana Ahmed Hussain Qasmi, Assistant Nazim of Emirate Sharia Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand, and under his leadership, the delegation is performing the duty of public guidance in different areas of the state.

In his presidential address, Maulana Ahmed Hussain Qasmi mentioned the long services of Emirate Sharia spanning over a century and said that Emirate Sharia has always lit the lamp of awareness in the darkness of circumstances. He said that history is a witness that whenever the nation faced a challenge at the religious, educational, social, or constitutional level, Emirate Sharia adopted the language of construction instead of the noise of protest.

He addressed the scholars and made them aware of their local responsibilities and said that the religious training of the new generation is not just a religious and moral responsibility, but a guarantee of the nation's survival, as unconscious nations lose their identity in the rapid flow of time. In today's changing circumstances, along with religious awareness, constitutional and legal awareness has also become necessary, and SIR is a practical stage of this conscious struggle. The purpose of this campaign is to prepare aware and responsible youth in every town who can guide the public with the spirit of service to humanity.

After that, Maulana Dr. Hafizur Rahman Hafiz drew attention to the very important topic of waqf protection, saying that under the new Waqf Act, the law of limitation will apply to waqf properties, which can result in irreparable losses due to negligence.

He said in clear words that waqf properties are not just a piece of land, but a trust of the nation and the capital of future generations, and their protection is possible not just through speeches, but through planning and action. According to him, "Results do not come from speeches, results come when words take the form of action."

He emphasized that freeing waqf properties from illegal occupations and putting them to legitimate use is the biggest responsibility of the time.

After that, the members of the research team, Mufti Qiyamuddin Qasmi and Mufti Ikramuddin Qasmi, provided practical training on SIR through a projector and presentation. They explained all the technical stages of SIR, the required documents, and the necessary precautions in a very simple, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.

The participants were also given practical exercises on the spot, which greatly increased the usefulness of the program and awakened the enthusiasm among the youth to play a role at the grassroots level.

During all these programs, satisfactory answers were given to the questions of the participants, and practical solutions to the problems were also presented. The participants expressed their determination to consider public guidance in the SIR stage as their social and religious duty and to perform this service by going from house to house.

It is worth noting that this awareness campaign ongoing in Jharkhand is being carried out under the supervision of Hazrat Amir-e-Sharia Maulana Syed Ahmed Wali Faisal Rahmani, and it is the heartfelt concern of all responsible persons, including Nazim Emirate Sharia Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Saeedur Rahman Qasmi, that the people of Jharkhand, whether they are tribal, minority, or majority, should not face any major difficulties and all stages should be completed easily.

In the organization and arrangement of the Godda program, apart from Maulana Shams Parvez Mazaheri, President of the Emirate Sharia organization, Godda district, Muhammad Zaheer Godda, Mufti Muhammad Iqbal, Qari Waseem, Maulana Saleemuddin Mazaheri, Alhaj Iqrar Alam, Muhammad Mujeeb Sardar, Maulana Abdul Raqueeb, and Muhammad Najm-ul-Huda Khateeni Godda were at the forefront.
