The nation should write its new history with the pen of awareness, courage and unbreakable unity / Mufti Muhammad Suhreb Nadvi Qasmi
The awareness campaign and practical training workshop on SIR (Survey of India's Rights) being conducted by the Emirate of Shariah, Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand in the state of Jharkhand is not just a temporary or administrative activity, but a serious, organized, and long-term struggle to secure the intellectual, social, and constitutional future of the nation. This campaign reflects the fact that nations do not just rely on slogans, but protect their identity and rights through awareness, organization, and practical guidance.
In the background of this movement is the insightful thinking of Hazrat Amir-e-Shariah Maulana Syed Ahmed Wali Faisal Rahmani, who, instead of lamenting the circumstances, believes in reforming them and prioritizes serious, balanced, and constructive leadership over emotional reactions.
In this continuation, a comprehensive awareness program and practical training workshop on SIR were held at Balomath Jame Mosque after Friday prayers and at Jamia Mazahirul Islam Semaria last night after Maghrib prayers. These programs were presided over by the Vice President of the Emirate of Shariah, Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand, Mufti Muhammad Suhrab Qasmi, who is leading a delegation to guide the public in various regions of Jharkhand.
In his presidential address, Mufti Muhammad Suhrab Qasmi mentioned the Emirate of Shariah's century-long services in the fields of religion, education, society, and constitution, saying that the Emirate has always lit the lamp of awareness in the darkness of circumstances. He stated that history is a witness to the fact that whenever the nation faced a challenge, the Emirate of Shariah adopted the language of construction instead of the noise of protest.
He emphasized to the public and private sectors that the religious training of the new generation is not just a moral duty, but a guarantee of the nation's survival, as unaware nations lose their identity in the rapid flow of time. He said that in today's changing circumstances, awareness of the constitution and law is also necessary, and SIR is a practical step in this conscious struggle, aiming to prepare aware and responsible youth in every town who can guide the public with a sense of service.
With great force, he appealed to the nation's conscience, saying that the Indian Muslim nation should write its new history with the pen of awareness, courage, and unwavering unity. On this occasion, Maulana Dr. Hafizur Rahman Hafiz discussed the highly important topic of waqf protection, warning that under the new Waqf Act, the law of limitation will apply to waqf properties, which could lead to irreparable losses due to negligence.
He clarified that waqf properties are not just pieces of land, but a trust and valuable capital of the nation and future generations, and their protection is possible not just through speeches, but through planning and practical action. He said, "Results do not come from speeches; when words take the form of action, results appear." He stressed that freeing waqf properties from illegal occupations and utilizing them for religious and social purposes is the biggest responsibility of the time.
Later, research team members Mufti Qiyamuddin Qasmi and Mufti Ikramuddin Qasmi provided practical training on SIR through projectors and presentations. They explained all the technical stages of SIR, required documents, and necessary precautions in a simple, clear, and understandable manner. Participants were given the opportunity to practice, which significantly increased the program's effectiveness and inspired the youth to play a role at the grassroots level.
During the program, participants' questions were answered satisfactorily, and practical problems were provided with feasible solutions. Participants expressed their determination to consider public guidance in the SIR phase as their social and religious duty and to perform this service by going door-to-door.
It is clear that this awareness campaign in Jharkhand is ongoing under the supervision of Hazrat Amir-e-Shariah Maulana Syed Ahmed Wali Faisal Rahmani. The respected Nazim of the Emirate of Shariah, Hazrat Mufti Muhammad Saeedur Rahman Qasmi, Qazi-e-Shariah Central Darul Qaza Mufti Muhammad Anzar Alam Qasmi, and other officials are making sincere efforts to ensure that the people of Jharkhand, whether they are indigenous, minority, or majority, do not face any major difficulties at any stage and can complete all stages easily.
Maulana Zainul Abidin Rahmani and the teachers of the madrasa were involved in the organization and arrangement of the Semaria program, while Maulana Ziaullah Qasmi, Maulana Yasser Bilal, and their companions were at the forefront of the Balomath program.
