Patna, 3 October: Work has begun to advance the proposed projects related to the Ganga Path in Patna. The initial alignment of these Ganga Paths has been finalized. Before finalizing the alignment, a detailed technical review of various aspects will be conducted. For this, the consulting agency will be assigned responsibility.
The consulting agency will study the final alignment of the proposed routes as well as current and future traffic pressure. During this period, an attempt will be made to determine which areas can be connected to the proposed Ganga Path and where traffic pressure is likely to remain high. Taking into account the project's effectiveness and practical necessity, the final route will be determined.
A detailed estimate of the potential costs of constructing the Ganga Path will also be made. The consulting agency will study alignment, construction requirements, traffic, and other technical aspects to prepare a cost estimate for the project. Based on this report, the process of giving the project a final shape will proceed.
After the consulting agency's study, the final alignment will be determined. Subsequently, the relevant municipal corporation will prepare and submit a Detailed Project Report (DPR). The DPR will include the project's technical details, proposed route, construction work, expected cost, and other necessary information. According to the authorities, finalizing the initial alignment is one of the key stages of project preparation. After the consulting agency's report, the process of final alignment and DPR preparation will advance. After that, the next steps related to project implementation will be taken.
