12 Palestinians martyred in Israeli airstrikes and shelling on Gaza

Tel Aviv: Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza. Bombardment from military vehicles, airstrikes, and gunfire in the eastern parts of the Gaza Strip have resulted in multiple Palestinian martyrs and injuries. On Sunday, at dawn, Israeli bombing of various areas in the Gaza Strip resulted in 10 civilian martyrs and multiple injuries.
According to medical sources, 12 bodies of martyrs were brought to the Nasser Medical Complex near the Turkish Mosque in western Khan Younis in southern Gaza, following an Israeli attack. The martyrs were identified as Baraa Al-Shakra, Waseem Shaheen, Firas Al-Najjar, Ahmed Al-Bayouk, and Mahand Al-Aidi. Due to severe dangers, the Civil Defense Department's team has so far failed to retrieve two more martyrs' bodies.
In the northern Gaza Strip, bombing of tents of displaced persons near the telecommunications intersection in western Jabalia camp resulted in 4 civilian martyrs and multiple injuries. Among the martyrs identified and transferred to Al-Shifa Hospital and Al-Saraya in Gaza City were Ayad Abu Askar, Ahmed Hassan, Abdul Karim Al-Bayari, and Mahand Krayzem.
In the same context, the Israeli occupation army continued to demolish residential buildings on a large scale with explosives in the vicinity of the Sheikh Zayed intersection in northern Jabalia camp, accompanied by artillery shelling and intense gunfire from military vehicles.
The Israeli occupation army announced on Sunday evening that it had martyred a Palestinian in northern Gaza, claiming he had crossed the yellow line and posed a threat to Israeli forces. Israel continued to demolish residential buildings with explosives in eastern Jabalia and carried out airstrikes on the southern city of Khan Younis.
Artillery shelling was also carried out in the vicinity of Ramzoon Al-Sanafour in Al-Tuffah, east of Gaza City, resulting in bomb fragments scattered near civilians' homes. Warplanes were seen flying over Al-Tuffah, and continuous gunfire was heard.
In northern Gaza, the Israeli occupation army blew up 3 explosive-laden vehicles in the Sheikh Zayed area, while the demolition of residential homes continued in eastern Jabalia camp.
The Gaza Ministry of Health warned that most hospitals in the Gaza Strip are on the verge of shutting down due to a shortage of spare parts. The ministry confirmed that no shipments of essential equipment have been allowed into the Gaza Strip since the ceasefire, and all international efforts to bring them in have so far failed.
According to the Ministry of Health, the total number of martyrs in the ongoing genocide war since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,051, while the number of injuries has risen to 171,706. Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, with ambulances and Civil Defense teams still unable to reach them.
