Patna, 23 April (ABN) Chief Minister Smarat Choudhary, highlighting the key role of party workers, said on Thursday that the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) greatest strength lies in its organization and diligent workers. A crucial meeting related to the state-level training program was held today at the BJP's state office in Patna under the 'Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Training Campaign'. Addressing the participants and officials on the occasion, the Chief Minister emphasized the need to further activate the organizational structure. Smarat Choudhary said that continuous training of workers not only provides stability to the organization but also makes them more dedicated and committed to the party's ideology. Referring to Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay's philosophy of 'Ekatma Manavavad', he said that this training campaign plays a crucial role in taking this ideology to the common man. The Chief Minister announced that under this campaign, large-scale training programs will be held in all 52 organizational districts of Bihar. The primary objective of this campaign is to empower grassroots-level workers intellectually, ideologically, and organizationally, enabling them to effectively convey the government's public welfare policies and the party's message to every household. Several senior party officials also attended the meeting and discussed the future course of action to achieve organizational goals.
