Construction of Ganga-Ambika road in Sonpur will be done in the style of JP Ganga Path in Patna

Patna, May 19: (ABN) Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary today formally inaugurated the 'Sahayog Camp' by lighting the lamp at Dumri Buzurg Panchayat in Sonpur block of Saran district under the 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas' program for immediate and effective solution of public problems. Addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister said that from today, the 'Sahayog Camp' program is being launched across the state. For this purpose, we had launched the Sahayog Portal and Helpline Number 1100 on May 11, through which people can directly register their complaints. The objective of this 'Sahayog Camp' is to find a solution to the problems of the public within the stipulated time frame, whether it is the problems of rural areas or the problems of people living in cities. This program is a means of immediate and effective solution to the problems of the people. The government is ready to provide all possible assistance to you. Bihar should be prosperous and India should be developed, continuous work is being done for this.

The Chief Minister said that the government makes plans and policies keeping in mind the interests of the public. It is the responsibility of the government to solve the problems of the public. This 'Sahayog Camp' program will be organized at the panchayat level on the first and third Wednesday of every month across Bihar, so that people's dreams are fulfilled, not shattered. He said that the problems of the public at the zonal, block, or police station level will be solved within 30 days. The 'Sahayog Camp' program will solve the problems by being among you. Governments are formed with the cooperation and public support of you people. All ministers and public representatives should attend at least three 'Sahayog Camps' and provide their assistance in solving the problems of the people, so that the problems can be solved immediately.

I have been informed that so far, 100% of the applications received through 'Sahayog Sewa' have been solved by the district administration. Any kind of public problem should be solved in any case. If there is a court-related matter, all authorities will provide full cooperation so that people get relief. Strict action will be taken against officers who create obstacles and mislead. No one will be spared. It is the responsibility of all of us to provide justice to those who face problems. With the support of the people of Sonpur, Mr. Viny Kumar Singh became a member of the Legislative Assembly. I thank you all.

Now, an airport and a new township named after Baba Harihar Nath are being built here. If any person's land is acquired in the area of the township and they face any kind of problem or have a daughter's marriage in their house, they will be given four times the amount as compensation. For this, an application has to be made to the DM. No one will have to face any problem. He said that a new bridge is being constructed in Sonpur, and new bridges are being built parallel to Mahatma Gandhi Setu and JP Setu. Upon completion, people will get a lot of convenience. We are also going to make the Kachchi Dargah-Raghopur bridge operational. Our government will build a Ganga-Ambika Path in Sonpur, similar to the JP Ganga Path being built in Patna. This area will be developed like Noida.

The Chief Minister said that due to the developmental works of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, electricity, roads, and drinking water, including all basic amenities, have reached every village. It is our responsibility to take it further. Work is being done rapidly to set up a large number of factories and industries in Bihar, so that maximum employment can be generated here. Women are moving forward through Jeevika Self-Help Groups in Bihar. Earlier, our sisters could not even earn Rs 5,000, but now, through Jeevika Self-Help Groups, women are running businesses worth Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand crores. Our government is working at every level to make women self-reliant.

The Chief Minister said that work is being done rapidly to open degree colleges in all blocks of Bihar. In 211 blocks where there are no degree colleges, degree college education will start from July this year. Arrangements are being made to provide quality education to children through Saraswati Vidyapeeth in every block. Such educational facilities will be created in Saraswati Vidyapeeth that even ministers and officers will want to get their children educated here. Work is being done at every level to provide quality education to the children of Bihar. Former Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has brought children to schools.

The Chief Minister said that the practice of referring general patients to sub-divisional or district hospitals will have to be stopped by August 15. If a general patient is referred from a sub-divisional or district hospital, action will be taken against the civil surgeon. Infrastructure is being set up to ensure better health care for the public. Only patients with serious illnesses should be referred to larger hospitals for better treatment. He said that the basic objective of 'Sahayog Sewa' is to ensure justice and relief for the people. I assure you that all the applications received through 'Sahayog Camp' will be disposed of within 30 days.

The Chief Minister distributed symbolic checks in the form of incentive amounts to the beneficiaries whose applications were received through 'Sahayog Camp', including the district administration's 100% solution, Basgit certificate, ration card, birth certificate, and beneficiaries of the Chief Minister's Old Age Pension Scheme and Swachh Bharat Mission-Gramin.

Local public representatives, leaders, and district administration officials welcomed the Chief Minister by presenting him with a bouquet of flowers, a shawl, and a garland of flowers.

Apart from the applications received at the 'Sahayog Camp', the applications received on the sahyog.bihar.nic.in portal created by NIC will also be disposed of within 30 days, otherwise, the concerned officer will be automatically issued a show-cause notice on the portal.
