Iran has three days left before destruction of its oil infrastructure: Trump

Awaz E Bihar•27 April 2026 at 03:20 pm•10 views•3 min read

Washington, 27 April (Agency). US President Donald Trump said in an interview with "Fox News" that Iran has almost three days left before its oil infrastructure is hit. Trump said in an interview on the "Sunday Briefing" program on "Fox News" that if Iran wants to negotiate with the US to end the war between the two countries, it can contact the US.

He further said that some of the people in Iran with whom the US has dealt are very reasonable and some are not. He expressed hope that the Iranian leadership will show intelligence. He hinted that the war with Iran will end soon and the US will emerge victorious. Trump renewed his criticism of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) for not standing with the US in the war against Iran.

In his statements, he said, "I am not more disappointed with China, but it could have done more." Regarding the attack on the White House representatives' event, Trump clarified that securing the location of the attack was difficult. The shooter did not get close to the hall of the event. Trump revealed in his statements that according to available information, the shooter was suffering from mental illness and his family was aware of his problems.

The US President said that the shooting turned a night of tension into a moment of unity. Trump expressed the opinion that the shooting incident during the White House representatives' dinner highlights the need to build a secure hall within the White House. He emphasized that this is a security priority.

Meanwhile, US President Trump said on "Truth Social" that what happened last night is the same basic reason why our great military, secret service, law enforcement agencies, and every president over the past 150 years have demanded the construction of a large and secure event space within the White House grounds for various reasons.

He further said that with the presence of the military's highly secret event space, which is currently being built in the White House, this incident would never have happened. We cannot wait for its construction to be completed! It is beautiful, with the highest security standards. There are no rooms upstairs that allow entry to unauthorized people. It is the safest building in the world, located within the walls of the White House.

The US President further said that the ridiculous lawsuit filed by a woman walking a dog against the event space, who has no legal right to file such a lawsuit, should be dismissed immediately. Nothing should be allowed to interfere with its construction. It is within the fixed budget and far ahead of schedule! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Trump's statements came after a shooting incident during an event in Washington, where he was immediately taken off the stage after hearing the sounds of gunfire. In this context, Acting US Attorney General Todd Blanch said that authorities believe the suspect may have been targeting members of the Trump administration.

He said the attacker had come to Washington from California before the attack. He further said that the 31-year-old suspect has been arrested and faces charges. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances of the incident. The attack has caused widespread shock. Several world leaders have condemned political violence and emphasized the need to protect democratic institutions and press freedom.
