Iranian government claims to control the situation

Awaz E Bihar•13 January 2026 at 02:35 pm•0 views•4 min read

The Iranian government has claimed to have controlled the situation in the country, saying that the anti-government protests are losing momentum.
According to Iranian media, the anti-government protests in Iran are losing momentum, and the government has claimed to have controlled the situation. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said that we have decided to alleviate the problems of our people.
The Iranian president further said that some people brought terrorists into the country who burned mosques. The US and Israel are behind them, teaching people to sabotage, saying we are behind you. He said that terrorists were brought in from abroad for the protests, who burned people alive and beheaded them. Masoud Pezeshkian appealed to parents, asking them to keep an eye on their children and save them from beheading and killing.
It is clear that dozens of people, including security personnel, have been killed in the violent protests that have been going on in Iran for the past few days.
The Iranian government has confirmed the killing of more than 110 security personnel in the protests and riots, and the Revolutionary Guards have arrested two agents of the Israeli agency Mossad from Khorasan, who were causing riots and chaos in different cities of the country, and weapons and explosives were also recovered from the spies.
On the other hand, the US has threatened to launch a direct attack on Iran after the violent protests, and has also ordered its citizens to leave Iran immediately.
US President Donald Trump hinted at an attack on the pretext of ongoing protests and violent demonstrations in Iran, however, analysts say that Iran is not Venezuela. In this regard, in the program "The Reporter" on ARY News, Dr. Huma Baqai, an expert on international affairs, shed light on the entire situation.
She said that according to my information, the internet ban in Iran has been in place for the past 90 hours, which has reduced the protests to a great extent, which is now being restored.
In addition, the Iranian army has taken control of many places, and during this time, a three-day mourning has been announced due to the killings of the protesters.
Islamabad, December 13 (UNI) Dr. Huma Baqai said that Iran is trying its best to control the situation and at the same time, it has also told the US that we will negotiate on nuclear issues. She said that US President Donald Trump also knows that it is not easy to attack because Iran is not Venezuela.
It is clear that last year in June, the US bombed Iran's nuclear facilities. US President Donald Trump had said a few days ago on his social media platform Truth Social that Iran wants freedom and maybe more than ever, the US is ready to help.
It is clear that after the news of a possible US attack on Iran, China has reacted, saying that it opposes the use of force in international relations.
According to foreign media, China says that under international laws, national sovereignty and everyone's security should be protected.
According to the spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, it is hoped that the Iranian government and people can control the current difficult situation and have the ability to maintain national stability.
US Vice President Jay Dee Vines said that diplomacy should be given a chance before attacking Iran.
According to foreign media, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing US officials, that some senior aides in the Trump administration, led by Vice President Jay Dee Vines, are urging President Trump to try diplomacy before military strikes against Iran.
The report states that on the one hand, the White House is considering an offer from Tehran to negotiate on the nuclear program, and on the other hand, President Trump appears to be considering approving military action against Iran.
The American newspaper quoted officials as saying that President Trump has not yet made a decision, but for now, he is in favor of attacking Iran, but his attitude can change.
However, a spokesman for Vice President Vines said that The Wall Street Journal's report is not accurate. Jay Dee Vines' Director of Communications, William Martin, said that Vice President Vines and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are presenting various options to the president, ranging from diplomatic approaches to military actions. They are presenting all these options without any bias or inclination.
Earlier, US President Trump had said that his administration was considering attacks in response to the crackdown on protesters in Iran. White House spokesperson Caroline Liuett said that US President Trump will not hesitate to attack Iran if necessary. She also said that President Trump has always given priority to diplomacy, but only he knows what steps he will take in the future.
