Former Bihar Chief Minister and Janata Dal United (JDU) national president Nitish Kumar arrived at the party's state headquarters on Monday and conveyed a message to the workers present there to unite and ensure the victory of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) candidate in the Bankipore assembly by-election. On the arrival of the former Chief Minister, Mr. Kumar, the leaders, officials, and workers present in the state office premises welcomed him warmly. Mr. Nitish Kumar had a cordial meeting with the present leaders and workers, accepted their greetings, and inquired about their well-being. Meanwhile, Mr. Kumar inspected the state office premises and also took a detailed review of the various arrangements and organizational activities of the office. He gave appropriate instructions while reviewing the public hearing program (Jan Sunwai) held at the party office and also guided the present leaders and workers. Mr. Kumar told the present workers to work in an organized manner to make the NDA candidate win the Bankipore assembly by-election with a huge majority. He directed the workers to strengthen the organization up to the booth level, maintain constant contact with voters, and run the election campaign in an organized and positive manner, and expressed confidence that with the hard work of the workers and the cooperation of the public, the performance of the NDA candidate in Bankipore will be splendid. On this occasion, Minister Shrawan Kumar, Deputy Leader of the ruling party in the Legislative Council Lalan Kumar Sarraf, Chief Whip Sanjay Kumar Singh alias Gandhi Ji, and a large number of senior party leaders, officials, and workers were present.
