Patna, April 30 (ABN) Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary while addressing the workshop said that a one-day workshop of DM, SSP/SP and other regional officers of all districts has been organized today and all of you are participating in it. In this workshop, Chief Secretary and DGP expressed their views. The Chief Minister said that he has 27 years of political experience. I first arrived in the House on May 19, 1999. As a minister and MLA, he became aware of the problems of administration and people. As a public representative, I realized that if the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police of a district perform well, the public representatives receive less cases related to public problems. The people of the district directly benefit from the good work of DMs and SPs. Under the leadership of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, many irrelevant laws were repealed in the country. Administration made transparent and accessible. Under the leadership of Honorable Mr. Nitish Kumarji, Bihar has been on the path of development in the last 20 years. There has been progress in all sectors including law and order, electricity, roads. The establishment of good governance in the state has benefited the people of the state. The Chief Minister said that our priority is to ensure the rule of law in the state and its direct benefit to the people. Good governance will be visible only when its fruits are immediate and timely. There will be no compromise with crime, corruption and communalism. The concept of good governance has to be established in the people. Anyone who comes to Bihar from outside should see the effect of good governance. He said that the government is providing all possible facilities to those coming to set up industries in Bihar. An investment target of Rs 5 lakh crore has been set for the state by November 20, 2026. If DM and SP guarantee industry protection and convenience to an industrialist, the industrialist will set up and expand his industry wholeheartedly. The government makes laws and creates new schemes, and it is up to all of you to implement them. DM and SP should show strong will and better implement whatever rules and plans are made on the ground. He asked the DM and SP to stay in their offices from 10 am to 1 pm, meet people, and solve their problems. The more people you meet, the more you will learn about the district, and the more you will contribute to its development. The Chief Minister said that there should be no lapse in the protection of girls and women. The concept of "Police Didi" has been introduced, implement it effectively. Make sure girls get to and from school safely. The incident that happened with the executive officer in Bhagalpur is sad. He bravely fought the criminals and sacrificed his life. The government stands with the families of such sincere officers. The police should work diligently to ensure that criminals do not dare to commit any mischief. Strict action should be taken against those selling liquor. Illegal trade should be completely eradicated. Carry out a vigorous campaign against drugs. Identify and take strict action against those in the police and administration who are providing protection to the smuggling of liquor and drugs. He said that we will organize cooperation camps at the panchayat level on the first and third Tuesdays of the month where the concerned officers will have to give a decision on the issues within 30 days. There should be no procrastination or procrastination. Officers and police act as a support to the public. The Chief Minister said that Chief Minister's Office will conduct daily real-time monitoring of the Chief Block, Zone and Police Stations and the work will be reviewed. CCTV cameras should be installed in Block, Anchal and Police Stations. He said that a plan has been made to build an industrial corridor in all the districts, work on it should be speeded up. Further action should be taken by identifying the land. He said that more work needs to be done in the health sector. Eliminate the tendency to refer patients and promote the tendency of people to treat. Patients should be referred outside the district only if treatment is not possible there. Further specialize all district hospitals by July 1 and sub-divisional hospitals by August 15, ensuring that patients are not referred outside. He said to promote model schools on the lines of Netrahat and Samtilala schools. Work diligently to establish model schools in all 533 blocks. Make schools unique enough that people want to send their children there. Degree colleges are being opened in all blocks. Establish adequate educational facilities there. The Chief Minister said that we have set a target of providing jobs and employment to one crore people in the next five years. If we work properly, we can provide employment to 5 crore people. Under the leadership of Mr. Nitish Kumar, our government conducted caste based enumeration. Now the census is being conducted by the central government. All households should be correctly marked in this census. Find out who came from where and how they live here. People of whatever religion they belong to India will be given all facilities, but if they infiltrate, whatever their religion, they will be thrown out of Bihar.
