Mr. Deepak Kumar Singh, Director General and Chief Investigation Commissioner of the Chief Investigation Commissioner Directorate under the General Administration Department, said that the employees of any level, especially the officers who are in charge of departmental investigations, should study thoroughly so that there is no irregularity at that level and no wrongful action is taken against anyone. It is very important to know and stick to the technique.
Mr. Singh was addressing the trainees on Monday as a Master Trainer in a training session on Classification, Control, and Appeal Rules of All India Services and Bihar Government Servants organized jointly by the Directorate of Chief Investigation Commissioner and Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), New Delhi. The program was held in the auditorium of Dashrath Manjhi Institute of Labor and Employment Studies.
Additional Chief Secretary said that the aim of the directorate is that the trained experts will be able to impart training on disciplinary action independently. He said that after the availability of subject experts trained by ISTM, this training is being provided on a two-week daily basis in Puri State. This means 10 batches are being run weekly. We hope to make it up to 50 batches every week. Mr. Singh said that the person in front of the information given by the trainer and teacher believes absolutely true. In such a case, it becomes a great responsibility of the trainer to ensure that not a single word comes out of his mouth that is wrong or flawed. For this it is necessary for all the trainers to study the rules and regulations in detail. In the program, Mr. Satish Tiwari gave a detailed explanation of the disciplinary action taken against government employees and its process.
