He said that the government is providing all possible facilities to those who come to set up industries in Bihar. A target of Rs 5 lakh crore investment in the state has been set by November 20. If the district magistrate and superintendent of police personally guarantee security and facilities to any industrialist in their district, the industrialist will be fully committed to setting up and expanding their industry. If the district magistrate and superintendent of police in any district perform well, public representatives receive fewer cases related to public issues. The public benefits directly from the good work of the district magistrate and superintendent of police.
