Patna, September 1: National Working President of Rashtriya Janata Dal and Leader of Opposition Tejaswi Prasad Yadav on Tuesday visited the shrine of Hazrat Pir Jalal Shah Shaheed near Patna High Court and offered a special prayer for the development, prosperity, unity, brotherhood and peace of Bihar and the country. He has a deep devotion and connection with this shrine. He used to come here regularly on the occasion of Urs. He said that he also followed the footsteps of his father and attended the shrine today. Tejaswi Yadav said that he gets spiritual peace by attending the shrine of elders. He said that the Astana of Hazrat Pir Jalal Shah Shaheed is a spiritual center for devotees and whoever comes here with devotion and faith, does not return empty handed. He prayed at the shrine for peace and order, prosperity of the people and promotion of brotherhood in the country and state.
He said that development of Bihar, social harmony and unity among all classes is the need of the hour. May the people of the state be prosperous, the youth get better opportunities and peace and brotherhood prevail in the society, this is their prayer. On this occasion Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Yadav, former MLA Dr. Anwar Alam, state Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Ijaz Ahmed, Mehtab Alam, Mohibul Hasan Heera, Bablu Kalal, Muhammad Shahzad, Muhammad Ajmal, Bilal Khan, Tanveer Ansari, Bhai Arif, Shailesh Kumar Yadav, Muhammad Saif, Bandan Yadav, Pramod. Many Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders, workers and a large number of devotees including Ram, Muhammad Feroze Khan, Chhote Khan, Muhammad Farooq were present. On the occasion of Tejaswi Yadav's arrival at the shrine, great enthusiasm was seen among the devotees. People welcomed him and participated in the prayer meeting held at the shrine.
