Patna, 12 April (ABN). Political activity has once again gained momentum. A two-day crucial meeting between Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Sushrat Chaudhary has given more impetus to speculations about the future of the government. Meanwhile, State Minister Vijay Chaudhary has hinted that the process of forming a new government in the state will begin soon.

While talking to journalists in Patna on Sunday, Vijay Chaudhary said that the situation regarding government formation will become clear in the coming days. He assured that a complete timeline will be revealed soon, ending the political uncertainty. When asked about the next Chief Minister, he clearly stated that the decision lies with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He explained that the BJP has a set process for selecting a candidate for the Chief Minister's post.

After that, all MLAs of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will hold a meeting of the legislative party to elect their leader, who will become the state's next Chief Minister. Vijay Chaudhary also clarified that in this entire development, the role of the BJP is crucial, but the final formal decision will be taken with the consensus of all alliance parties.

Regarding the question about the formation of the cabinet, he said that it is likely but the date has not been fixed yet. This clearly indicates that along with government formation, discussions are also underway regarding the expansion of the cabinet.

The most important thing is that Vijay Chaudhary hinted that Chief Minister Nitish Kumar may resign soon. Although he did not specify a date, he said that the outline of the entire process will be revealed soon.

Finally, he appealed to the media and the public to be patient, saying that a clear picture will emerge soon regarding the ongoing turmoil in Bihar politics.
