Patna, July 14 (ABN) Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary inaugurated the state-level coordination program on Tuesday. The Chief Minister inaugurated it by unveiling the plaque of the Chief Minister's Secretariat's reception center. Along with this, he also inaugurated the 'Sahayog Path' from Desh Ratan Marg to the Chief Minister's Secretariat's reception center.
A total of 129 applications were registered in the state-level coordination camp held today. Out of these, 100 applicants were present in person, whose cases were resolved.
Chief Minister Mr. Choudhary directed the officials to ensure that every complaint is resolved in a standardized and timely manner, so that the trust of the common people in the government is further strengthened. He directed that action should be taken against any officer or employee who does not cooperate in resolving applications or is lazy in work.
The Chief Minister said that the goal of the government is to ensure a transparent, impartial, and timely resolution of every citizen's complaints. He said that through coordination camps, a large number of people's problems have been solved, and for those applicants who still have objections to the decisions made on their applications, a state-level coordination program has been arranged, so that their complaints can be reviewed again and a fair decision can be made.
Chief Minister Mr. Choudhary directed the officials to widely publicize the Mukhyamantri Solar Yojana. He said that under this scheme, free electricity up to 125 units is being provided, and if more than 126 units of electricity are generated, the consumers will also get financial benefits.
The Chief Minister appealed to the people to install solar panels on their roofs and promote the use of solar energy. He said that by developing remote and inaccessible villages as 'Solar Villages', a permanent solution to the electricity problem will be ensured.
Mr. Choudhary directed the officials to resolve the cases of beneficiaries who have not yet received the benefit of pension or whose applications are pending. He said that it should be ensured that all eligible beneficiaries are provided with pension amount by 10th of next month.
The Chief Minister directed that if any application lacks documentation, it should not be rejected outright. The concerned applicant should be given a notice and an opportunity to provide the necessary documents, so that no eligible person is deprived of the benefits of government schemes due to technical reasons. He said that after the rains, the work of constructing new roads should be expedited. All officials should adopt a respectful and sensitive attitude towards common citizens and ensure that their complaints are resolved within the stipulated time.
The Chief Minister said that the goal of the government is to provide solutions to people's problems within 30 days through Sahayog Sewa. He said that 90 percent of the problems have been resolved through Sahayog Sewa. The state government is working with a commitment to public service, and ensuring an impartial resolution of every complaint is the top priority of the government.
The program was attended by both Deputy Chief Ministers Vijay Kumar Choudhary and Brijendra Prasad Yadav, along with ministers of related departments, Chief Minister's Principal Secretary Deepak Kumar, Chief Secretary Pritya Amrit, Director General of Police (DGP) Viney Kumar, Chief Minister's Secretary Mr. Lokes Kumar Singh, and additional chief secretaries/principal secretaries/secretaries of related departments, as well as applicants, while all district magistrates and senior officials were connected through video conferencing.
