"Seva Sankalp Abhiyan" will be celebrated from September 17 to October 17: CM

Patna, September 12: (ABN) Under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, a review meeting was held today in connection with the preparations for the "Seva Sankalp Abhiyan" to be held from September 17 to October 17 and the "Seva Sankalp and Kayakalp Abhiyan" to be held in Bihar from September 17 to March 31, 2027 at "Samwad" located in the Chief Minister's Secretariat. Amirt gave detailed information to the Chief Minister through a presentation about the preparations for 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan'. He said that under "Seva Sankalp Abhiyan" 13 important programs will be organized from September 17 to October 17. Under this "Aashirwad Ka Daya" program, Deep Utsav will be organized on September 17 at all districts, sub-divisions, block, panchayat and booth levels of Bihar. It will ensure maximum public participation. Under the "Seva Chhetar" program, painting and elocution competitions will be organized for seven days in all public and private schools from September 25 to October 1. Through the "Seva Simran" program, music and drama will be presented in public places, through which people will be made aware of the changes in the country as a result of the public welfare schemes and development works carried out by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi during his 25-year tenure. The program will be held from September 17 to October 17. Under this, anganbari workers will be honored by organizing a three-day program at each anganbari center, along with entertainment activities for children. Under the program "Kahani Utari Ki" the experiences of 25 lakh people will be shared through videos and videos. It will highlight the changes in the life of Bihar and the people as a result of the development work done during the tenure of Hon'ble Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Under "Siva Jyoti Yatra" the yatra will be carried out by lighting Siva Jyoti and torch. It will express gratitude for the services rendered during the last 25 years and pledge to make India a developed country by 2047. Under the 'Vadnagar to Varanasi' programme, 'Jal, Jin and Seva Sankalp Yatra' will be taken out. Under this, groups of motorcyclists will reach Kashi from Vadnagar and perform abhishekam of Baba Vishwanath. After that, groups of motorcyclists will return to Vadnagar after taking Gangajal from Varanasi. 25 types of service activities related to cleanliness, development and beautification will be organized from 17th September to 17th October under the program "Seva Meera Co-operation". Under "Seva Setu Abhiyan-Sarkar Aap Ke Dawar" on 6th October, block level camps will be organized throughout Bihar. Complaints and requests related to problems already received in these camps will be redressed. Along with this, stalls of various departments will also be set up to provide information on public welfare schemes of the Central and State Governments. Under the 'Siva Ke Rang-Rangoli' programme, Rangoli and Bharat Mandalas based on the public welfare schemes run by the Prime Minister Hon'ble Mr. Narendra Modi will be prepared through local colors and practices. It will use flowers, clay, sand, rice, leaves and natural colours. Apart from this, programs like 'Hackathon and Innovation Challenge', 'Jan Sevak Mahakumbh - Panchayat to Parliament' and '25 Stories of 25 Years - National Unboxing' will also be organised. Chief Secretary Mr. Pratiy Amrit gave a presentation to the Chief Minister about the "Seva Sankalp and Kayakalp Abhiyan" which will run from 17th September to 31st March 2027. He said that the campaign has two main objectives—development, strengthening and repair of existing assets, and construction of new infrastructure and assets. Under development, improvement and repair of existing assets, works related to sanitation, painting, maintenance, drinking water, electricity and other essential facilities will be completed by November 30, 2026. While the construction of new basic facilities and assets will be completed by March 31, 2027. During the presentation, the chief minister was also given detailed information about the sources of financial resources, identification of projects at the gram panchayat level, gram sabha, department-wise important works and the supervision and monitoring system. During the review, the Chief Minister said that mass public participation should be ensured in at least two places in each assembly constituency in cleanliness, development and beautification program under "Seva Meera Yog Dan". All the ministers and officers should prepare specially for these programs. Information about the development work done by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the public welfare schemes run by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi should be conveyed to the common people through the program "Ashirwad Ka Daya". A large number of ready-made houses have also been constructed under the Chief Minister Housing Scheme. In Bihar, crores of people have got the benefit of ration card and Ayushman card. The information of these achievements should also be conveyed to the common people. He said that under "Seva Sankalp and Kayakalp Abhiyan" special attention should be given to the fixed period of the programs and works. In-charge Minister should ensure to prepare 30 days program calendar through meeting or video conferencing with all District Magistrates. The Chief Minister said that keeping in mind the Durga Puja, it should be ensured that various service activities including cleanliness, plantation, blood donation camp are organized, so that the people get the benefit of it. Small pending works should be completed before Diwali. Painting work in Anganbari centers, health centers and schools should also be completed before Diwali. 10 projects should be identified from each panchayat and completed to make the village organized and developed. He said that all the necessary facilities from school to college should be in proper and functional condition. Panchayat Bhawan, Community Bhawan, Health Center and Anganbari Centers should be equipped with all necessary facilities. Where construction of building is necessary for Health Centre, Community Bhawan or Primary Health Centre, construction work should be ensured. Whatever needs there are to organize the village, they should be met on a priority basis. The Chief Minister said that service means working for the good of the people and the revival of projects is the main objective of "Seva Sankalp Va Kayakalp Abhiyan". By ensuring the development work at the grassroot level, the development of Bihar will get a lot of speed. He said that the development work of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi has given speed to the development of Bihar in the last 25 years. These development works and achievements should be brought to common people through "Seva Sankalp Abhiyan". Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Vijay Kumar Choudhary, Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Bijender Prasad Yadav, other ministers, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Deepak Kumar, Chief Secretary Mr. Pratiya Amrit, Development Commissioner Mr. Mehr Kumar Singh, Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary/Secretary and senior officers of various departments were present in the meeting.
