Patna, July 10: The public procession organized by Jan Suraj in Ward No. 40 in connection with the Bankipore Assembly by-election received tremendous support and enthusiasm from the public. The procession, led by Jan Suraj founder and Bankipore Assembly constituency candidate Prashant Kishor, was attended by a large number of citizens from various sections, including youths, women, and the elderly. The procession started at 4 pm from Sabzi Bagh Chowraha (Piller No. 20) and passed through various areas, including Palika Chowk, Hind Medical, Dariyapur Mosque, Shri Bharat Mata Mandir (Langer Toli), Fakirbaad Mosque, Braham Asthan Mandir, Dr. Mahmood Shah Gali, Bhanwar Pokhar Park, and Vriddhi Mandir. Throughout the route, the public gave a warm welcome to Prashant Kishor and Jan Suraj workers, while at several places, people expressed their love and support by showering flowers. The procession culminated at 6:30 pm with a public meeting at Palika Chowk, which was attended by a large number of local residents. On the occasion, Prashant Kishor thanked the public and said that the people of Bankipore are standing with the vision of change, transparent politics, and development. He assured that Jan Suraj will continue to strive for solving public problems, better civic amenities, quality education, employment, and accountable governance. This successful procession infused new energy into Jan Suraj's election campaign in the Bankipore Assembly constituency and highlighted the increasing trend of public support.
