Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary attended the Parent-Teacher Seminar (Parent Teacher Meeting - PTM)-2026 on the theme 'Reading, Writing and Counting Nipunpath' at Government Middle School Ramji Chak, Bataganj, Danapur on Saturday. Mr. Chaudhary interacted with the students, guardians and teachers on the occasion to get information about the educational facilities available in the school, teaching system, student attendance and examination results.
Chief Minister Mr. Choudhary said that the purpose of parent-teacher meeting is to further improve the quality of education in government schools, ensure availability of teachers and 100 percent attendance of students and expand facilities in schools as per requirement. He said that regular communication between guardians and teachers would help in understanding the academic progress of the children and also know in which subjects the students need extra support.
During the programme, Chief Minister Mr. Chaudhary also reviewed the state-wide 'Seva Chitra' competition organized under the 'Mere Sapna ka Bharat - Siva Chitra' Abhiyan. He interacted with the students participating in the competition and learned about the pictures created by them on themes like 'Vaksat Bharat-2047', Solar Energy, Metro Train, Robots and 'India of Dreams' and praised the creativity of the children.
