Discussing the identity of Bihar, Pankaj Tripathi said that despite the low literacy rate of the state, a large number of IAS and IPS officers in the country come from Bihar. In such a situation, why should Bihar be identified only as a state of workers, this question deserves consideration. انہوں نے کہا کہ سب کو مل کر بہار پر لگے اس ٹیگ کو بدلنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔ On this occasion, Director of Khuda Baksh Library Prof. Muhammad Zahidul Haque welcomed the guests and said that the main purpose of celebrating Hindi Pakhwada is to promote the use of easy and common Hindi in government offices and public level. He said that to make Hindi popular, it is important to use simple language instead of difficult words. One of the main objectives of Khuda Baksh Library is to bring the readers of Hindi closer to Urdu and the readers of Urdu to Hindi. Prof. Gyandev Mani Tripathi, Shri Yatendra Kumar Pal and Prof. Safdar Imam Qadri also addressed the function. Speakers emphasized on making Hindi universal and said that the use of unnecessarily difficult Sanskrit words in the language should be avoided. In the same way, to make Urdu easy to understand, it is necessary to avoid the unnecessary use of heavy Arabic and Persian words. انہوں نے کہا کہ دو زبانوں کے امتزاج سے اگر کوئی آسان اور بامعنی لفظ وجود میں آتا ہے تو اسے قبول کرنے میں کوئی قباحت نہیں۔ The library hall was packed to hear Pankaj Tripathi at the event.
