Kolkata, 2 April: Henrich Klaasen (52) and Abhishek Sharma (48), Travis Head (46) and Nitish Kumar Reddy (39) played brilliant innings, and bowlers performed exceptionally well as Sunrisers Hyderabad defeated Kolkata Knight Riders by 65 runs in the sixth match of the IPL on Thursday. Chasing a big target of 227 runs, Kolkata Knight Riders' batsmen failed to withstand the bowling attack of Sunrisers Hyderabad and the entire team was bowled out for 161 runs in 16 overs. Sunrisers won the match by 65 runs. For Kolkata, captain Ajinkya Rahane and Finn Allen started aggressively, but in the second over, Harsh Dubey caught Finn Allen (28 runs off 7 balls) off his own bowling and sent him to the pavilion. He hit four fours and two sixes in his innings. Then, in the fifth over, Jaydev Unadkat dismissed Ajinkya Rahane (8 runs) to give Hyderabad their second breakthrough.
