Landless schools will be given land on priority basis: Dr. Jeswal

Patna (ABN) Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Dr. Dilip Jaiswal has assured that landless schools in the state will be provided land on a priority basis. In two months, a maximum of five acres of land has been allocated for 24 Kendriya Vidyalayas. Encroachments from schools and playgrounds will be removed. A separate DC LAR, or DM-level officer will be appointed as a nodal officer for the settlement of land-related work for the Education Department.
On the second day of the state-level workshop and brainstorming session being held at the Convention Hall on Monday, Dr. Jaiswal gave a message to education officers to improve the quality of work and work without pressure. Education Minister Mr. Mithilesh Tiwari was also present in the program. Dr. Jaiswal said that the Revenue Department has received a list of such schools where there are encroachments. Immediate action is being taken to remove encroachments from such schools and provide land for access roads.
He said that teachers and education department officials are doing the important work of preparing the new generation. Under the initiative of Education Minister Mr. Mithilesh Tiwari, the problems of teachers are being solved one by one. Teachers should also work diligently to continuously improve the educational standards. The Revenue Minister suggested that all officers, including departmental secretaries, DEOs, RDD, and DPO, should visit schools at least once a month to talk to children and conduct classes. This will help understand the ground reality of the education system.
He emphasized that everyone should review the work of the day before going to sleep and plan the work for the next day. Reviewing work improves its quality. He stressed to education officers that they should not let the pressure of work overwhelm them. Officers work with pen and mind, so it is necessary to reduce mental pressure. The Revenue Minister said that officers and teachers should review their work from time to time through such camps. This will help assess the continuous improvement in educational standards.
Meanwhile, Education Minister Mithilesh Tiwari welcomed the Revenue and Land Reforms Minister by presenting him with a bouquet, shawl, and memento.
