Earlier, the Bihar government set a wonderful example of linguistic tolerance and democratic values in the country by giving Urdu the status of the second official language. Additional Chief Secretary Arvind Kumar Chaudhary expressed his views and said that my experience with Urdu came from Ghazals. I heard Noorjahan, Ghulam Ali, when he used to recite these ghazals on the gramophone, then came the time of cassette recorder, Ghulam Ali's cassette came, he said that if Urdu is to move forward, it must be adopted which is an important tool. How can we use this mode of communication and promote Urdu? Going forward, we should design an online course that is AI-enabled.
Guest speaker Kamana Prasad said that Urdu is the language of connection. Urdu Directorate is actively working under the auspices of Bihar Government for the promotion of Urdu. Deputy Chief Minister's love for Urdu is commendable. Bihar has always followed and patronized knowledge and literature. Patna has been the abode of scholars and writers. Here is the mercy of Sufi Saints. This cradle of knowledge and literature was called Azimabad. He said that literature is a reflection of its time. In every era, the language of literature has been different from the language of speech. A new population of Urdu is being established. This charming language Urdu is interpreting the present day very well. Those who oppose Urdu also do it in Urdu. Urdu will remain as long as you submit a request to Hanumanji. Languages have no religion. And Urdu is not only a language but a complete civilization. Four monographs and the latest issue of Bhashangam were inaugurated on this occasion. Ten Urdu learners were also given certificates. Urdu learning certificate was given to Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Kandan Kumar, Under Secretary, Manish Kumar etc. Prof. Artzi Karim said that I see that the Deputy Chief Minister's smile clearly shows that he is participating in this meeting. I, Nitish Kumar, Samrat Choudhary and the government express my best wishes for organizing Jashan Urdu. Leaders like Nitish Kumar are very difficult to meet, he said. Be it Urdu in particular or the minority community, what Nitish Kumar has done for them is an example for the entire country. We people know so much Urdu that if there is no one who knows Urdu, then I leave after saying half a sentence. The only thing is that I love Urdu. Because Urdu is the language of love.
