The Congress said that a large number of Ram devotees donated to the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya and donated in every way according to their devotion, but surprisingly, Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes credit for the temple's construction, but when the public's donated money is stolen, he remains silent.
Congress spokesperson Dr. Raghni Naik said at a press conference at the party headquarters on Friday that in every scam that takes place in the BJP government, the big fish escape, but an attempt is made to entangle the case by catching small fish. The people of the country had donated to the Ram temple with a true heart, but the group that calls itself Ram Bhakts stole the donation.
She termed the person who stole the Ram temple donation as the biggest hypocrite, saying that Ram is so blessed that just reading his name washes away all sins and removes troubles. She asked what kind of hypocrites would deceive Patt Pawan Maryada Purushottam Ram. After vote theft, seat theft, now the theft of donations has pierced the heart of every Indian. Therefore, every person associated with donation theft will be brought to court, whether it is a small person, Champat Rai, or even Narendra Modi himself.
The Congress spokesperson said that the government wants to brush off the matter, so it is being said that Champat Rai has resigned, several people have been arrested, and cases have been registered against many, and the matter is being investigated by the SIT.
The problem is that the Prime Minister who announced the Ram Temple Trust in Parliament, appointed its members, laid the foundation stone, hoisted the flag, and performed the Pran Pratishtha ceremony in the temple, now says that he has no information about the donation theft. She said that when such a big loot took place and the Chief Minister of the state, Yogi Adityanath, and the Prime Minister, Modi, say that they have no information about the donation theft, what could be more surprising than that.
Explaining the chronology of the entire matter, she said that in Ayodhya, there was a trust of respected Shankaracharyas earlier. When the Supreme Court's verdict came, this trust wrote to the government and the court, saying that we can build the temple. But the Modi government did not agree and formed a new trust named Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Shetra Trust, which oversees every work related to the temple. People associated with the BJP and RSS were included in this new trust of the Ram temple, and the Modi government kept the trust out of the purview of the RTI. The question arises whether the people associated with the BJP and RSS were inducted into this trust with the intention of committing a big scam.
Dr. Naik said that in the temple of Prabhu Shri Ram, theft took place 70 times in 40 days. The BJP government formed an SIT under pressure, but what is the reason that the SIT report is not being made public? Who is being tried to be saved? She also said that Mr. Modi took great credit for the Ram temple, but today he is silent on the donation theft. When credit is taken, the responsibility of theft must also be taken. This is a betrayal of the public.
