Professor Muhammad Abdul Wahid MA, Ph.D (English) Patna University Alam (Arabic), Fazil Farsi (Sunshine) Former Vice Chairman, Bihar Urdu Academy, Patna Hafiz Manzil, Prof. Colony, Tripolia, Patna. 7 Mobile: 9431459473 Today, most of the Urdu organizations in the state of Bihar (eg, Anjuman Praghi Urdu Bihar, Bihar Urdu Akademi and Urdu Advisory Committee...) are semi-dead. All of them are waiting for grants from the government for reactivation. Among them there is only one Urdu directorate where even today Urdu is alive and active with all its strength and energy. But the 'Urdu mood' is bad, due to which the people here have now started to consider government property (trust of tax payers) as personal property. They spend it as they wish and consider it as their privilege. Please check the invitation card that has been distributed in connection with Jashan Urdu on 29th and 30th August 2026. The following facts can be noted regarding the performance of Additional Secretary and Director Muhammad Pervez Alam. The celebration will be inaugurated (August 29 at 30:5 PM) by Shri Vijay Kumar Chaudhary, Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar for which 12 (twelve) 'Guests of honour' have been selected. Among them, 7 prominent Muslim persons are Bihar Government Minister Muhammad Zaman Khan, Sunni Waqf Board President Muhammad Irshadullah, Prof. Artza Karim, Bihar Legislative Council Member Afaq Ahmad Khan, Shia Waqf Board President Irshad Ali Azad and Aamir Subhani, President Bihar Electric City Regulatory Commission, Patna and others. Considering the above selection, it is clear that the story of "Mal Sarkar Ka Aur Mirza Khele Holi" is being repeated with great success. Therefore, it is necessary that the Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Samrat Chaudhary and the Additional Chief Secretary of the Cabinet Secretariat, Shri Arvind Kumar Chaudhary, should be made aware of such unfair behavior and the psychology of looting. Parvaizalam should be asked whether he was prevented from including one or two Muslims from the lower class? Was MLC Shri Ghulam Ghos, MLA Shri Akhtarul Ayman, former MP Dr. Ijaz Ali, present Vice Chancellor of Arabic and Persian University Prof. Alamgir, editor of Pindar, Abdul Khaliq Ehsani, editor of Revolution, Asfar Faridi, former vice president of Bihar Urdu Akademi, Ghiyasuddin Rai, and former acting chairman of Bihar Vidhan Parishad and present chairman of Bihar Madrasa Education Board Saleem Parvez, was there anyone who Can you get a place in the list of 'honoured guests'? The truth is that people like Pervez Alam have not only harmed the cause of Urdu but also fueled personal division among Muslims. Now, if you go a little further, this bias becomes even more prominent. In all the sessions from 29th to 30th August, only those who represent the upper classes among Muslims have been given place as presidents, special guests and guests of honour. Consider these names: First meeting. President: Shafi Mashhadi Chief Guest: Professor Ijaz Ali Arshad Guest of Honour: Professor Dr. Taqir Alam Second meeting. Chairman: Dr. Shaista Yusuf Special Guest: Ms. Zakia Mashhaddi Guest of Honour: Dr. Dabir Ahmed Third meeting. Chairman: Professor Abdul Samad Special guest: Masoom Moradabadi Guest of Honour: SM Ashraf Farid Is the goodwill for Urdu hidden in the psychology of the above unfair and biased pick and choose? Will the Additional Secretary confirm that the selection also includes the approval of the Additional Chief Secretary? It will not be out of place if Allama Iqbal is remembered here Some names that trade in 'Urdu' Why don't you sell the sanam stones you find? After apologizing to Rooh Iqbal, I have written 'Urdu' in place of graves. It is possible that my boldness in favor of Urdu will not go in vain. Look at the plight of Urdu. According to the 'invitation card' in question, a total of 17 (seventeen) poets have been invited for the success of the 'celebration'. Among them, only 4 (four) are from the state of Bihar, namely: Muzaffar Abdali, Khurshid Akbar, Sadaf Iqbal and Shankar Kimori Urdu scholars in Bihar have the authority to ask Parvez Alam whether other states loot their public treasury in the same way. So far, there is no precedent for this. Is the cure for the plight of Urdu in Bihar today is to respect others by disrespecting one's own? This will weaken the determination and morale of those who keep the candle of Urdu burning with their blood for years, but when the opportunity for recognition and reward comes, they are completely ignored. In these circumstances, their unemployment can only say that When it was time, I gave it to Gulstan When spring comes, they say that there is no work For PKs who are mast, there are scales And there is no jam in the destiny of the thirsty If you take a quick look, you will realize that the Urdu Directorate has gathered so many guests in its house that there is only nominal space left for the owner. This is not a toy with the 'blood and thirst' of Bihar writers, poets, journalists, critics and other fans of Urdu. From the outside, the above treatment has been allowed to the thesis writers/dissertation dreamers of each meeting. Therefore, the total number of theses presenters is 18 (eighteen), out of which only 7 (seven) belong to the state of Bihar. Now if we find the number of backward class writers among them, then here too they have reduced to six or seven. The truth is that 'Jushan Urdu' is a 'cause of mourning' in the eyes of the majority of Urdu speakers. All the efforts that have been made are more than the promotion of Urdu, only efforts to create a 'circle' for themselves in different corners of the country. However, the 'Jishan' Mushaira compares favorably to the All India Mushaira of Bihar Ard Kadmi which was held on 26 March 2010 at the Krishna Memorial Hall in Patna. At that time, the Secretary of the Minority Welfare Department, Government of Bihar (Aamir Subhani IAS) had confiscated all the rights of the two vice-presidents of the academy. It is alleged that he allowed the names of only 12 poets from outside the state to be printed on the invitation card of the academy. Saddened by these things, the General Secretary of Danish Center (Registered) Qos Siddiqui appealed for boycott of Mushaira and also distributed copies of pamphlets among the public. Copies of pamphlets and invitation cards are still available today. It is appropriate to add the following poem by Faiz Ahmad Faiz at the end of the article, from which I have acquired Faiz. It is possible that it can wake up the conscience of those who are drunk with power and kill the rights of the sheikhs. We will continue to raise the book and pen What passes on the heart will continue to make money
